Diameter from 4 mm.
Cartridge heaters Microwatt
are best suited to moderately heat up to a maximum temperature of 300ºC. They are made with the best stainless steel tubing of the desired quality.
The heating wire is of the highest quality on the market, with a fine outer layer of MgO and coated with a stainless steel sheath;
all of this goes through a compaction process that achieves longer durability.
All cartridge heaters are hermetically sealed to prevent entry of materials, moisture, liquids, etc.
Microwatt cartridge heaters can be manufactured with a special process to fit customer needs.
| Heat Intensity | Do not exceed 10W/cm2 (recommended) |

Maxiwatt’s exclusive construction system, combined with its electronic coil separation system, ensures consistent temperature across the entire perimeter and length of the heater, resulting in uniform and long-lasting heat. We do not use these 4 materials: Tantalum, Tin, Gold, and Tungsten.
Microwatt cartridge heaters are specially designed to provide heat in small and precise spaces; also, due to their low voltage, 48V Max, they are specific for places where heat must be handled manually.
